Complaints Procedure Leaflet
Occasionally, some patients may feel that they have had an unsatisfactory experience when visiting or contacting the practice.
We want patients to have a positive experience each time they contact the surgery so, we openly welcome feedback and comments so that we can improve the services we offer.
If you do wish to discuss or raise a complaint with the Practice, we do abide by the NHS complaints procedure, but you may wish to come in or telephone the practice to discuss your complaint with the Practice Manager, as in many cases this is the best way of resolving any problems you have experienced. Any matters raised will not affect your future care.
